MOUNTAIN HOME.
THE JACKSON CREEK PROJECT
Mountain views were a primary focus throughout the design and build. The home was positioned to take full advantage of the surrounding range while remaining protected from prevailing winds. Large window openings were framed to capture long sightlines without compromising structural integrity or energy performance at elevation.
Timber elements were incorporated to reflect the character of the landscape and bring warmth to the structure, while a standing seam metal roof was selected for durability and long-term performance in heavy snow conditions. Exterior finishes were chosen to blend into the natural surroundings rather than compete with them, allowing the home to sit quietly within the landscape.
The result is a mountain residence that feels connected to its setting — designed for the view, built for the conditions, and constructed to endure Montana’s seasons.
